Equity Estate, an independent Dutch asset management business opens office in Berlin, offering asset management services throughout Germany.
2006 - 2008
PRIAM is founded via a management buyout of Equity Estate German operations. Takeover of the property management of the Lumina Real Estate Capital German portfolio.
Industrial Securities: Takeover of the management of their complete German and Polish industrial property portfolio. Private Ownership of PRIAM secures and guarantess complete independence in all matters.
2009
Marcol Group: After the sucessful takeover of the property management of all retail properties in the greater Berlin area with a value of approx. €100 mill., PRIAM will take over the management of further German retail and industrial properties. In conjunction with the takeover PRIAM is in the process of opening additional offices in Germany.
