Manfred R. Eilers
Manfred acquired PRIAM in March 2008 and heads up the PRIAM team as Managing Director.
Prior to PRIAM, Manfred enjoyed a long and varied career in the real estate, investment fund and financial services sectors in Europe and USA with companies such as Merrill Lynch, Alliance Bernstein, Credit Suisse, DZ Bank and Munich RE, where he has held multi-faceted board level positions and been responsible for fields such as business development, real estate investment funds, asset management and portfolio advisory. He speaks German, English and French.
Pekka Ylä-Outinen
Pekka joined PRIAM in 2006 as Managing Director and is responsible for the property management side of the business.
Prior to joining PRIAM, Pekka headed up Jones Lang Lasalle’s property management department in Berlin before moving to Equity Estate in 2002. At Equity Estate, Pekka held the position of Senior Asset Manager and managed a large and varied German portfolio before setting up the PRIAM office in 2006.
Pekka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. He speaks German, English, Finnish and some Swedish.
